Dr. Val Beliy

General Dentist, DDS

Dr. Val Beliy graduated from dental school in Minsk, Belarus in 1992, where he began his career as an oral surgeon. After immigrating to the United States in 1993, he earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and has practiced in the greater Seattle area ever since.

Dr. Beliy provides comprehensive dentistry—including preventive care, dental implants, orthodontics, and restorative treatment—and has completed a two-year orthodontic program for general dentists. He regularly pursues continuing education in implants, endodontics, pain management, and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Beliy is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Snohomish County Dental Society, and takes pride in caring for patients from many different backgrounds and cultures.

Dr. Andrey Busev

General Dentist, DDS

Dr. Andrew Busev is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He has spent most of his life in the greater Seattle area and has always loved the environment and people of this region.

He is passionate about providing his services to the community and making sure that people receive the help that they need concerning their oral health. He believes in conservative care and places his patient’s goals as his number one priority. Dr. Andrew also enjoys forming genuine connections with his patients and strives to treat patients the same way he would treat his family.
